Corinne Jacqueline Bailey Rae, born on February 26, 1979, in West Yorkshire, England, is a British singer-songwriter known for her soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics. Raised in the Leeds area, Corinne displayed an early affinity for music, learning classical violin as a child and participating in school and church choirs. Her passion for the arts flourished while studying English Literature at the University of Leeds, where she met her husband, musician Jason Rae.
